Who we're looking for.

Greystone tutors are professionals and students at the top of their fields — people who know their subject deeply because they are living it right now. We work with current medical students, junior doctors, trainee solicitors, analysts, engineers and others who bring genuine insider knowledge alongside the ability to teach.

What we pay.

Pay is discussed and agreed individually at interview, based on your experience, subject specialism and availability. We don't believe in fixed-rate tables — the right figure is one that reflects what you genuinely bring to the role.

Starting rate

£15 – £25 /hr

Most tutors begin in this range, depending on year of study, professional experience and the level they will be teaching.

Senior rate

£40 – £50 /hr

Tutors who have been with us for a significant period and have a demonstrated track record of results can be promoted to this tier.

Payment is made at the end of each calendar month, directly to your nominated account. Sessions are logged and reconciled through our internal system, so you will always have a clear record of what you are owed.

The figures above are indicative only and are not a guarantee of earnings. Actual rates are subject to the terms agreed at interview and may vary based on session type, student level and other conditions discussed at that stage.
