All plans are monthly and can be changed at the start of any new month with one month's notice.
Every Greystone tutor is an active student or practitioner in their field. You are not paying for a teacher. You are paying for access — to someone already inside the system your child wants to enter. That is not something you can find anywhere else, and we price accordingly.
Absolutely. Your circumstances and your child's needs will evolve, and we expect our programmes to evolve with them. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between plans at the start of any new month — just let us know in advance and we will arrange it.
There is no fixed-term contract. We ask for one month's notice to end or change a programme, which gives us time to ensure proper continuity for your child. Beyond that, you are free to adjust at any point — we would rather earn your continued trust than lock you in.
It is a 30-minute conversation between you, your child and a Greystone advisor. We start by listening — to where your child is now, what they are working towards, and what would genuinely help them most. At the end, we give you an honest picture of how we can help and which programme makes the most sense for their situation.
Yes. The Academic Bundle and Full Access Bundle are designed for students covering two subjects simultaneously, each with a dedicated tutor. If your child needs more than two subjects covered, speak to your advisor at assessment — we can arrange a tailored programme to suit.
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions missed without notice or cancelled with less than 24 hours are treated as attended for billing purposes. We are always willing to be flexible in genuine circumstances — if something comes up, just reach out to us directly and we will find a solution.
