Build a course-specific plan
Start with the universities and courses you are considering. Keep a record of academic requirements, admissions tests, application deadlines and interview formats from each official course page. Requirements can differ even where course names look similar.
Prepare the three UCAS responses
For 2026 entry onwards, UCAS uses three structured responses: motivation for the course, preparation through education, and preparation outside education. We help students select relevant evidence and reflect on it in their own words. See the official UCAS guidance.
Connect evidence to your interest
Reading, projects, work and volunteering are useful when students can explain what they learned. We help applicants identify concrete examples and express their own reasoning. Your application must remain your own work.
Keep academic priorities in view
Application tasks need to fit around schoolwork. Agree priorities for your current stage, and revisit the plan as predicted grades, test results or interview invitations arrive. Tutoring does not guarantee admission.
How tutoring works
- Assessment. Tell us your subjects, qualification, exam board and goals.
- Tutor match. We consider subject needs, learning style and your medicine or engineering pathway. Confirm exam-board coverage and availability before starting.
- Online lessons. Work through explanations, practice and feedback with your tutor.
- Parent updates. Monthly progress reports explain what is improving and what comes next.
What does tutoring cost?
Our standard 1:1 plan is £160 per month for four one-hour sessions, equivalent to £40 per hour. Compare all plans and confirm the right package for your academic and admissions support.
